Reception venues
Venue staff log in to run the full app: calendar, rooms, seating, invitations, appointments, contracts, and printing. Place the enquiry link on the venue website so couples can request a date. Send each host a personal link so they can fill and manage their guest list without a staff account.
Hosts with Event Admins

Reception venue pricing
A reception venue is priced per month. The monthly price depends on the number of rooms and the number of users. Prices in AUD.
- SMS is charged at 5c per message sent, ex GST.
- Sending a contract to sign has its own price. That price depends on how many contracts are signed each month.
